Booking Policy

These conditions apply to every reservation made on this website. By ticking the acceptance box at checkout you confirm you have read and agree to them.

1. Booking & payment

A reservation is confirmed once the deposit (30% of the total stay) is received, unless a full-upfront rate was selected — in that case the whole stay is charged at booking. The remaining balance is settled on arrival (cash, card or bank transfer). Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider; prices are in USD. A 3% tourist tax is added at checkout and shown before payment.

2. Cancellation & refunds

Each rate carries its own cancellation policy, displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Refunds, when applicable, follow that policy. Non-refundable rates are not refunded in case of cancellation. See also our property policies.

3. Check-in & check-out

Check-in opens at 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Your estimated arrival time is indicative and can be updated anytime before check-in via the link in your confirmation email.

4. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of up to USD 200 may be required for certain family stays.

5. Changes to your booking

You can request date changes through the link in your confirmation email, subject to availability. Price differences are recalculated and shown before you confirm.

6. Your data

We process your personal details to manage your reservation, as described in our privacy policy.
