Security deposit
A refundable damage deposit of $200 may be requested from families travelling with children. It is paid in cash on arrival and refunded in cash on departure.
Accepted payment methods
On site we accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, UnionPay, bank cards and cash.
Guest information
- A billing address and a phone number are required to complete a booking.
- No age limit.
- No curfew.
Length of stay
We welcome long stays — up to 90 nights.
Children Policy
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children aged 6 years and above are counted as adults for room occupancy.
- All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Extra beds and baby cots are available on request, subject to availability.
Child Rates
- Children aged 0-5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding
- Children aged 6-12 years are charged 50% of the adult rate
- Children aged 13 years and above are charged at the full adult rate.
- Connecting rooms are available for families upon request and are subject to availability.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out
At Villa Asimba, we understand that every journey is different.
If you need to arrive earlier than our standard check-in time or leave later on the day of your departure, please let us know in advance. We will gladly do our best to accommodate your request, subject to room availability.
Please note that an additional fee may apply, depending on the requested time.
